1. Initial Free Consultation
Client Meeting
We will visit you at your home or project site within 5 days of your initial inquiry. After-hours visits are available to accommodate your schedule. During this consultation, we will discuss your vision, design preferences, and functional requirements. We pride ourselves on our streamlined and stress-free process for commissioning custom cabinetry.
Insight Gathering
Dive deep into your needs. Consider aesthetics, storage, and any unique features you may desire.
Precision Measurement
Take meticulous measurements of the space where the cabinetry will be installed. Account for dimensions, ceiling height, and architectural nuances.
Documentation
Record all measurements accurately for reference during design, estimate and manufacturing and installation processes.
3. Materials, Hardware & Finishes
Quality Materials
Collaborate with you to choose and confirm the right materials (wood, laminates, etc). Consider durability, aesthetics and budget.
Hardware & Finishes
Help you select appropriate handles, hinges, and finishes that align with the overall design concept.
2. Design & Project Estimate
CAD Design
We will work with you to ensure that our detailed Computer-Aided Design (CAD) representation meets your unique needs and preferences, including all layout details, material specifications, and any custom elements are all carefully considered. We welcome your feedback and input throughout the design process.
Project Estimate
We will provide a transparent estimate based on the requested design and options, and it will include a breakdown of all costs factoring in materials, labour, and any additional project features. We strive to be transparent and upfront with our pricing, so there are no hidden fees or surprises.
4. Customer Approval & Deposit
Presentation
Present the design and estimate to the client. Address any queries or modifications.
Approval
Obtain formal approval from the client.
Deposit
Secure a deposit to initiate the manufacturing process.
5. Manufacture & Installation
Craftsmanship
Our skilled craftsmen use only the highest quality materials and the latest technology to ensure that your custom cabinetry is of the highest quality and built to last. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and strive for perfection in every project.
Assembly & Fabrication
Assemble the cabinetry components meticulously.

Carl and his team will install your custom cabinetry with care and precision, ensuring that all doors, draws and hardware are fitted perfectly and function as intended.
6. Completion & Final Invoice
Completion Confirmation
Once installation is complete, we will provide you with a thorough walkthrough of the completed project and ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product.
Invoice Generation
Issue the final invoice, detailing all costs.
Payment
Receive the remaining payment from the client.
